Chief Relationship Manager
Chris is the Chief Relationship Manager for Heritage, utilizing his excellent communication skills, good judgement, and the ability to take initiative to foster long lasting and successful client relationships. In his day to day activities, he works directly with the advisory team assisting them by helping to execute strategic plans for each client. He does this by outlining their ideal communication model, specific goals and objectives and service opportunities to bring maximum value to each client relationship. With strong attention to detail, he tracks all details on client interactions with the goal of enhancing service capabilities and the overall client experience. On top of existing client groups, he has a clear focus on identifying and coordinating new business opportunities with other senior team members. Chris also co-chairs our marketing division, creating and producing client-facing touch points including the Heritage advisory council, client appreciation events, and educational content. In his personal time, Chris is on the board of the American Heart Association and spearheads events throughout the year on Long Island including an annual gala in Southampton for the cause. Chris loves to study European history and enjoys tennis and golf.
